TUESDAY MORNINGS AT 9:30 AM, CATALINA ROOM (SANTA CATALINA CATHOLIC CHURCH)

YogaFaith is Bible-based, Christian Yoga. It is for all levels of experience and all are welcome. There is no charge, however, a good-will donation to the  Church is welcome and encouraged. Please come a few minutes early to center yourself and bring your own mat, pillow, blocks, straps, and towel. If you  Have any questions or concerns about your physical needs, or if Yoga will be beneficial to your health, please speak to your medical doctor.
