CATALINA CARES

Veteran's Day Activities in Catalina include a free meal for veterans at Claire's Cafe, from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Friday, November 11, and a memorial service for fallen soldiers, led by Rev. Michael Morehouse, at 11:00am on that same morning. There will also be a pickle and jam and bake sale outside of Claire's to raise fund for upcoming veteran outreaches. A Military Appreciation Banquet will be held at the First Baptist Church 3505 E Wilds Rd on Wednesday, November 9th, at 6:30pm. All military and their families are welcome to this complimentary dinner. By reservation only, RSVP by Oct. 28th 520-818-2555 M-F from 9am to 3pm. Offered in cooperation with the American Legion and the Arizona Fisher House.
