Caregivers, you are not alone! Join us and learn how to handle life changes and challenges. Learn how to get the support you need, including caregiver stress, isolation, family dynamics, transportation, chronic health issues, and alzheimer disease. The workshop will be held at the Vista de la Montana United Methodist Church, 3001 E. Miravista Lane, on Friday, November 1, 2013, 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm.
